Minced Chicken/Beef
Egg
Bread Crumbs
Salt and Pepper
Parsley

Bread
2 Slices of bread

Instructions
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl(Except the breads), shape it up into a patty, drizzle olive oil on tray and put it in the oven for 20mins in 190°C
